We offer an array of service solutions that are sure to meet one of your needs.  We're happy to provide our Standard of Excellence in one of the following packages:  Retainer Package (billed on the 15th & 30th - or 31st whichever applies); Per Project - (A-La-Carte) Package (billed Hourly Services) or our Special Needs Services for our clients that require more man hours for more in depth and timely projects.   

Our SPECIAL NEEDS SERVICES are designed for clients who have an 

in-depth need for SPECIFIC services we offer and that require more man hours to complete.  

 

These services are Custom Quoted according to the needs of our clients. Services include: 

 

*Special Event Planning for Business Conferences, Retreats, Office Parties, Holiday Parties, Birthday Parties, Baby or Wedding Showers, etc. 

 

*Project Management for larger jobs that require more time and as well as tracking of expenses and time frame deliverables. We make sure your project stays on task, on budget and provide progress reports to help you stay on task and focused. 

 

*Website Build, Design and Maintenance.  We work with our clients for find out what they want to portray through their website and we make it as inviting to the visitor and potential client as we possibly can.   Pricing is ONLY for the build of the website.  

 

Please Note:  Although we offer Website MAINTENANCE services, they are billed through our RETAINER PACKAGE and/or our PER PROJECT (A-La-Carte) Services. We only update and maintain websites that are built through BP Media & VA Solutions.

Our PER PROJECT (A-La-Carte) Services are available for clients that wish to request services on an "as needed" basis but are billed by our hourly rate to complete the project.  

 

All projects have a 3 hour minimum required for services to be rendered. 

 

The services listed under the RETAINER PACKAGE are eligible for our hourly A-La-Carte Services.
